When we learn of events or programs that will be suporting The Well - we will list them here. Cargill Donates Turkey (November 2010)

Once again, Cargill, Inc. has come through by donating turkeys to The Well to be used in serving our Thanksgiving meal. Thanks to this generous contribution we were able to provide a traditional Thanksgiving meal to over 130 individuals.

Cherry Hill Primary Skating Parties (Winter/Spring 2010)

The Cherry Hill Primary School has been supporting The Well during their skating parties this year by holding a personal care item drive and donating cake walk proceeds to The Well. A big THANK YOU goes out to the students, parents, and staff of Cherry Hill!

Trends supports February 2010 Shampoo Drive

Trends is accepting $6 donations to sponsor a bottle of salon quality shampoo to be donated to The Well for the February Challenge. Their goal is 100 bottles. Anyone making a donation can enter into a drawing to receive one of three gift baskets. Please let our friends at Trends know you appreciate their support of The Well!

Standardbred Computers supports Angel Food Ministries (Jan 2010 and continuing)

Standardbred Computers will donate $30 to sponsor an Angel Food box for a needy family for every new phone activation from another carrier, new tv or computer sale and/or new dish network install when you mention THE WELL with your purchase. Thank our friends at Standardbred for their support of The Well if you stop in to visit them!

Gold Star Chili 2nd Wednesdays (Dec 2009 and continuing)

The second Wednesday of each month Gold Star Chili, on Leesburg Ave, is going to contribute 10% of their sales to The Well.

Cargill Donates Turkey (November 2009)

Cargill, Inc. donated 25 turkeys to The Well to be used in serving our Thanksgiving meal. Thanks to this generous contribution we were able to provide not only a Thanksgiving meal, but also an additional meal of Turkey & Noodles the week of Christmas. Thanks Cargill!

Leadership Class from Washington Senior High develops Personal Care Pantry (October 2009)

The Leadership Class of Mrs. Julie Beis at Washington Senior High took on a project to develop a Personal Care Pantry for The Well. They contacted area schools and businesses to do a product drive and raise financial support. A "Community Fun Night" was held at the local Bob Evans where 15% of the sales were passed along to The Well.
